HealthCare Support Staffing is Hiring a Registered Nurse RN Near Far Rockaway, NY
- Telephone support and triage for patients, scheduling problem visits or nurse visits when appropriate, offering symptom management, supporting refill requests and answering visit follow-up questions.
- Provide patient education, particularly around chronic conditions.
- Monitoring and coordinating delivery of the care plan.
- Shift: Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm EST
- 2 years of outpatient RN experience
- Triage experience
- BLS/CPR certification
- Incumbent state of NY Registered Nurse license
- Bilingual in Spanish/English
- Previous outpatient or primary care experience
- Immediate enrollment in Health Insurance
- Dental Insurance
